  I need help in understanding what was imported for a question

Could someone please verify that my interpretation of what was imported for this question is correct?

1. Although originally posted on Physics Stack Exchange, the question was re-posted here by the OP who is a registered user, and so there's no need to attribute the post to PSE.

2. The second comment by Lubos Motl is unattributed to PSE because Lubos commented here directly.

I'm confused :/

@ron when I wrote the question, I was honestly confused. The question didn't have any attribution attached to it, attribution of imports was automatic via a plug-in, and so the question couldn't be an import. I was sure about this at the time, yet Lubos was commenting here!

@physicsnewbie No, Lubos was not commenting here (yet), they were restored from an archive, as mentioned.

Incorrect. The user did not post it here, it was imported. 

Lubos posted the comments on SE, but the comments were deleted, and are restored from an archive, so we are not obliged to attribute SE.

physicsnewbie is pointing out that the attribution is missing on the import, you should add it on. It is not clear that one is not obliged to credit SE when importing deleted comments from an archive, there is no edit history to point to.

The attribution has now been correctly added on, which you should have pointed out in your answer. I still think you should attribute even deleted comments because it makes it difficult for people to see if it's a comment that will get a response here if replied to. Could you mark it in red as "deleted on p.se"? For a moment, I was getting excited over Lubos participating here.

@physicsnewbie: You didn't really think that. You just want to make sure others don't think that. I do, only because it's opposite day. It serves PSE right for deleting Lubos's comments.

You couldn't possibly have read the comments and missed that everything about that question was imported. But if you were honest, I should apologize (you weren't). The answer to the grudge question is "yes", but it doesn't make any difference what I think.

@dimension10 yes, I can now see that you did mention this in a separate added comment further down. It would have been better if in red you simply had attributed Lubos's comment: "This post deleted on physics StackExchange".
