How much time do I need to get a paper into the Review section?

I made a submission request about four days ago, with no reaction so far. How long does it take to fulfill my request and why?

No, I couldn't, that is why I've made a submission request.

I'm helping to submit the paper, but I encountered a weird error message in the "list of authors" row(I'm using the "from other source" submission since it's not from arxiv):

List of authors is too long (18 chars). Max length is 16'000 characters

@dimension10 @polarkernel could you have a look at this problem?

I had the same message and I could not finish the submission.

@JiaYiyang ate you sure it's 16'000 characters, and not 16000 or 16,000?

@polarkernel maybe this was misspelled in the code?
