Today I got to know about this forum, when I entered the forum there were tabs like "submission", "submit papers" and alike. Is this site specifically for active researchers? Can an undergraduate aspiring to become researcher become an active member here?
What kinds of question are allowed here? Can we ask about a doubt which we get in a specific topic? What kind of things are considered off-topic here?
As mentioned at the top of the side bar this site is for graduate-level physics discussion. To see what qualifies it is best to look at past questions discussed here.
