  Reporting possible bugs

Maybe my computer is misbehaving please check the following.

I was not able to upload a picture, after I upload it shows 1 line(that too half hidden).

When I click on it reports Image source URL is missing. As far as I understand the system is to upload the picture into physics overflow servers and then  insert it in the page, It does not seem to be working.

Second bug is when I edit my question the answer seems to be truncated at

"two intersecting cycles C and C' with "(followed by some latex error)

Is this reproducible ?

@Prathyush The editing issue is very strange, as the database content seems to be correct. I'll transfer the content to my local site to analyze it. Please stay patient until I have fixed it.

Could you please post your picture as an answer to the sandbox using the same procedure as you used when the bug occurred? I may then analyze the result and try to help you.

@Dilaton Pasting a picture into the editor converts its bytes into an ASCII hex code, which results rapidly in a very long text. The maximum allowed text length of a post is 20000 characters (due to the database table size). So pasting is only possible for very small pictures and should be avoided.

@Prathyush The first issue (edit of your question) is fixed now. There was a bad side effect in the new editor. I continue to find the issue with the image upload.

@polarkernel Thanks editing works as intended now.

@Prathyush Image upload works now. There was again a side effect, but this time a brainteaser to debug.

@polarkernel Thank you for the quick response. Inserting pictures works as intended.

@Dilaton So this needs fixing, I wont modifiy my question(Though I really want to) until the bug atleast acknowledged/identified.

What about picture upload why don't you try inserting a picture here in the comments and see if it works?

@Dilaton I hid by question because of a misclick you have to reshow it please.

I just pushed the edit button (without intention to edit it) on that question, and it looks truncated in exactly the same way to me too ...

When I try to insert a picture by copying it directly from my laptop, it appears in the editor and preview, but when I try to post it says

Maximum length is 20000 characters

When I try to insert the picture using the upload button, I get the same issue as @Prathush
