Should we agree on any "policy" about retagging?

+ 1 like - 0 dislike

In PSE, I used to get somewhat annoyed by an excesive retagging because the retagged question were placed in the first position, so that I did not have time to read the new questions.

If retagged questions are going to be sorted in the first positions here too, should we agree on a number of retaggings per user and time?

I know you were once very annoyed when I retagged about 50 posts in 5 minutes, adding the "klein-gordon-field" tag,  and flooded the main page : )

But luckily, here, retagging or editing in general don't flood the main page, instead they only goo to the "All Activity" page you can find on the NavBar. So you can still find all the new questions and answers on the main page.

Wait a minute, I think I just retagged this question...

Excellent! I admit I was annoyed. You were retagging complusively! ;)  By the way, I'm so grateful for the great job you have done here.
