Am I correct in thinking the unit concept (drawings below) would actually "lift" the heavier weight hanging below it at a certain rate of spin (due to the side weights being naturally drawn/forced outwards), and that theoretically any amount of weight could be "lifted" like this, provided the unit was spun fast enough?
