I would not normally submit a vixra paper unless it was of exceptional interest. This one I consider more of a curiosity. It is often remarked that general relativity permits geocentrism, in the sense that a geocentric coordinate system exists. But in this paper, the rotation of the universe around the stationary earth is implemented using the rotating metric of the well-known "Gödel universe"! That's very imaginative, but I have trouble believing that it works...
