BEWARE OF THIS SELLER - MARINEMAX BOATS

Hi, I would like to tell you my story about marinemax Boats,

In 2015, I purchased a new Searay Sundancer 330 from MarineMax Boats. They claimed the boat was new and that they were the largest dealer of new boats in North America (Marinemax Miami).

The boat had a life-threatening fuel leak and a carbon monoxide alarm that kept going off. In almost two years they came thirteen times to fix it and even replaced the Kohler generator once. I was told several times that the boat was fixed, but it was not.

They refused to accept the boat back, citing their own invoice as an excuse. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before buying from them. As you can see, although the boat was new, they sign an invoice stating that the SELLER sells the boat as is and offers NO WARRANTY.

I have spent $240,000 USD on the boat and to date have spent $175,000 USD in costs and lawyers.

I would like to express in this way and by all means make this issue known as I have been a victim of a scam and am helping others of a possible scam. Thank you
