Hi Silverfuck, yes that would be a nice question here (in the original version includind the request of the derivation...) on PhysicsOverflow.

You can suggest to import SE questions by clicking the rightmost entry "Import SE questions" on the menu bar below the PhysicsOverflow logo. It opens a meta question where you can sugest questions to be imperted in an answer ...

As soon as we have the question here, you can edit it to remove the parts of David Z s changes you dont like, for example ;-)

Some ignorant but too high rep users in the Physics SE chat seriously wanted to close it, even though they have no clue about the topic you are asking about ... :-/
