Can we install the "Q2A tag tools" plug-in?

As discussed on the blog with Dilaton's New Year post, we agreed to install a plug-in called "Q2A tag tools" which allows us to write a short description of the tag, and a logo as on Stack Overflow (though not on Physics.SE), the short description is basically what is known as a "tag wiki excerpt" on Stack Exchange.

We can then link to a longer tag wiki hosted on the Mathematics and Physics Wikia (in a section exclusive to Physics Overflow), which already hosts the suggested edits review queue. (Note: I'll be fixing up the structure of the PhysicsOverflow section there, but the current links will still be functional.).

Now, I'd take up the responsibility of writing the tag wikis on the Wikia itself (I just realised yesterday that I am the first and only one on Physics.SE to get the badge for editing tag wikis), but first can we install the plug-in, please? I remember that no bugs were mentioned in the post on the blog.

I now realise that tag tools is a different plugin, but we have both now, anyway.
