The CMB cross-corelation polarization spectrum TE measured by the Planck and WMAP satellites shows a non-zero negative signal between multipoles l = 30 ... 200. a) Is this evidence for superhorizon fluctuations in the CMB? b) Can this effect be attributed to early cosmic inflation?
