How come the entropy in the beginning of the universe was so low?

That entropy increases over time is not weird. The number of ways things can be unorderly are many more than the ways they can be orderly so this is an effect of probability.

It does not explain why the universe started with very low entropy, it rather contradicts it. Are there any theories to why it is so?
